Together we will go through the current state of your psychoemotional well-being.
This session is an hour long in length.
Our focus is to identify areas where your energy is not performing efficiently, or where it may be stuck. Solutions will be provided and documentation of the overview and details of the session are included. Prescriptions for balance will also be given in for form of dietary suggestions and physical activity. A pdf document will be emailed to you 10-24 hours after the session.
